One of the most important things on the farm is the quality and variety of swards we grow. Our seeding programme incorporates multi species swards which consist of herbs like plantain and chicory, legumes such as red and white clover along with rye and Timothy grasses.

The benefits to these swards are improved soil structure, biodiversity and fertility, increased drought tolerance and the reduction in use of nitrogen!
