Returns Policy – Summerville Wagyu
At Summerville Wagyu, we are confident that our products will meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or if you wish to make a complaint, we are happy to discuss this with you.
If any product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, and you notify us within 12 hours of delivery, we will offer either:

A replacement, or

A full refund.
To process a refund or replacement, the goods must be returned to Summerville Wagyu for inspection. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, and it must be kept frozen during transit.
If you do not return the goods at your own expense, we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the items from your refund.
If the returned goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will refund any delivery charges you incurred in returning them no later than 30 days from the date of notification.
