Its loose, coarse texture makes it excellent for soaking up marinades and quick to cook, perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or stir-frying. With a robust beefy flavor, bavette is highly versatile and best served sliced against the grain for optimal tenderness. Hand Cut from our Grass-fed Wagyu cattle.
