At Summerville Wagyu, we are now offering 1/4 Wagyu Beef Carcass options to our customers. Once a deposit is placed, we will email you with an estimated date and a cut sheet to fill out where you can choose which cuts you require from the 1/4 carcass. This offers a sample of every cut available in an animal. 
Price varies based on carcass weight but will be in the region of €1500-€1750 providing approximately 60-80kg of fresh Wagyu beef.
